All Vector software, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Vector retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform. You retain ownership of content you create using Vector, but you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of Vector without written permission.

Vector is provided 'as is' without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions • You use Vector at your own risk
Any disputes arising from your use of Vector will be: • First attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations • Subject to binding arbitration if negotiations fail • Governed by the laws of our jurisdiction • Conducted on an individual basis (no class actions) You waive the right to jury trial for disputes related to Vector.

When we make significant changes: • We will update the 'Last Updated' date • Continued use of Vector after changes constitutes acceptance • If you disagree with changes, you must stop using Vector • We may notify users of major changes via email or in-app notifications
