Platform Rules

Vector may only be used for lawful purposes. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws • The accuracy of information you provide • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches • Keeping your contact information up to date

All Vector software, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Vector retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform. You retain ownership of content you create using Vector, but you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of Vector without written permission.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Automated or high-volume access that disrupts services • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Vector systems • Interfering with other users' access or experience • Using Vector to attack, abuse, or harm third-party services • Reselling or redistributing Vector services without authorization • Creating fake accounts or using bots to manipulate our platform • Engaging in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices

Vector is provided 'as is' without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service • Update these rules at any time • Refuse service to anyone for any reason • Implement usage limits or restrictions • Remove content that violates our policies We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Vector is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions • You use Vector at your own risk

Any disputes arising from your use of Vector will be: • First attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations • Subject to binding arbitration if negotiations fail • Governed by the laws of our jurisdiction • Conducted on an individual basis (no class actions) You waive the right to jury trial for disputes related to Vector.

We may update these rules at any time. When we make significant changes: • We will update the 'Last Updated' date • Continued use of Vector after changes constitutes acceptance • If you disagree with changes, you must stop using Vector • We may notify users of major changes via email or in-app notifications
